1.1 You must be over 18 years of age, or have turned 15 and have authorization from guardians, to use Trondheim City Bikes.
1.2 The seasonal subscription is personal and cannot be transferred to others.
1.3 A subscription received as a value code cannot be traded for cash, please see our Value code Terms and Conditions.
1.4 You have the right of withdrawal within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you have used the citybike within 24 hours, you do not have this right anymore, and you agree that this agreement is fulfilled by both parties. You accept that any additional purchase in Trondheim Bysykkel’s app, is binding and can not be withdrawn. 1.5 According to the Norwegian Book keeping Legislation, records of your transaction will be kept for 5 years. This applies even if you should end your subscription or delete your account.
